JSW Infrastructure acquires JSW Group

JSW Infrastructure has secured board approval to purchase JSW Overseas FZE, a fully owned subsidiary, as part of its strategic reorganization. The acquisition was approved at a board meeting on January 16, 2026. Although the transaction's full financial terms remain undisclosed, JSW Infrastructure will acquire the Dubai-based entity at book value for a total consideration of INR 19.21 lakh.

The acquisition involves JSW Infrastructure obtaining 100% ownership of JSW Overseas FZE from its current parent, JSW Terminal FZE.
