Intuitive Machines acquires Lanteris Space Systems

Intuitive Machines, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Lanteris Space Systems for a total consideration of $800 million. The transaction, consisting of $450 million in cash and $350 million in Intuitive Machines Class A common stock, is intended to enhance Intuitive Machines' position as a comprehensive provider in the space technology sector. This acquisition enables Intuitive Machines to integrate vertically and expand its capabilities to serve commercial, civil, and national security space projects.

The strategic acquisition of Lanteris Space Systems, a firm known for its reliable spacecraft manufacturing, was initially announced on November 4, 2025. Lanteris, which has a longstanding reputation for manufacturing high-reliability spacecraft across low Earth orbit (LEO), medium Earth orbit (MEO), and geostationary Earth orbit (GEO), adds significant manufacturing capabilities to Intuitive Machines.
