Club Car Wash acquires Matt's Carwash

Club Car Wash has acquired Matt's Carwash, located at 1165 S. Illinois Route 31 in Crystal Lake, Illinois. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The site, formerly known as Matt's Carwash Reno, is undergoing renovations and is slated to reopen in February under the Club Car Wash brand. This acquisition marks an expansion of Club Car Wash's footprint in Illinois as it aims to consolidate its presence in the region.

The strategic acquisition integrates Matt's Carwash into Club Car Wash's expanding network, which now boasts more than 250 locations nationwide. Upon reopening, the Crystal Lake location will offer customers Unlimited Wash Memberships and upgraded technology. Club Car Wash President Collin Bartels highlighted the site's local recognition and expressed enthusiasm for enhancing the customer experience with new technology and consistently high service standards.
