Solabia Group acquires Mibelle Group

Solabia Group, a player in biotechnology-derived actives for health and beauty sectors, is acquiring Mibelle Biochemistry. Mibelle, a Swiss company renowned for producing high-performance active ingredients for cosmetics, nutraceutical, and food industries, was previously under the ownership of Spain's Persán Group. Persán, notable as a leader in home and personal care, had acquired Mibelle as part of its comprehensive purchase of the Mibelle Group last year.

Details of the transaction, including financial terms, have not been disclosed. However, the deal is set to enhance Solabia's position in the natural active ingredients domain by merging the biotech and plant science expertise of both companies. Mibelle's products, distributed across more than 50 countries, are respected for their innovation in skincare, healthy aging, and cognitive support.
