Intellect has acquired Zaptic, a UK-based company specializing in connected frontline worker platforms, in a transaction aimed at enhancing manufacturing operations within the food and beverage and consumer goods sectors. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The transaction was facilitated by international legal firm Osborne Clarke, alongside US-based Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth.
