Narasimhan Consulting Services acquires LightPoint Engineering

NCS Engineers has acquired Houston-based LightPoint Engineering, LLC, expanding its footprint in the Texas market. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This acquisition is part of a broader strategy by NCS Engineers to enhance its capabilities in water, wastewater, and environmental engineering. Also included in this strategic move is the acquisition of SpearPoint Engineering, LLC, which similarly serves a wide range of clients in Texas.

The deal highlights NCS's intent to strengthen its engineering portfolio with LightPoint and SpearPoint, both known for their work in infrastructure development across Texas. Ram Narasimhan, CEO of NCS, emphasized the importance of the acquisitions in enabling the company to offer more innovative solutions, citing Houston’s expanding market as a primary driver.
